The Massachusetts Council of Minute Men and Militia, Inc. is comprised of a governing body, associated offices, and members of the various Colonial Minutemen and Militia Units throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In addition, our members can include British Units and Companies as well as Colonial Minutemen and Militia throughout the United States. All are welcome.

The Massachusetts Council of Minute Men and Militia, Inc. is governed by an Executive Council of five men including a Chairman.
The Executive Council of the Massachusetts Council of Minute Men and Militia, Inc. and Delegate Members vote by resolution or motion on matters governing the operation, maintenance, and betterment of the corporation and Unit membership.
Actions by resolution or motion are governed by the Bylaws of the corporation.
